With the ‘Auto Top-up’ feature, your account automatically purchases more Residential traffic whenever your GB balance drops below a threshold you set. This keeps your connections running without interruption, so you don't have to track your GB balance and buy more manually.
You can turn on ‘Auto Top-up’ either right after purchasing Residential Proxies, or later from your dashboard.
Go to your Residential Proxies dashboard (1) and click ‘Auto top-up’ (2).
Set your threshold (3), or the remaining GB balance that triggers a top-up, and the number of GB (4) to purchase whenever your threshold is reached.
Choose your preferred payment method (5) and click ‘Turn on auto top-up’ (6).
This means that whenever your available residential traffic drops below 2 GB, the system will automatically buy 5 GB and charge it to your balance.
You can turn off this feature at any time by clicking ‘Turn off Auto Top-up’.
