Additional non-email ports can be unlocked by identity verification.
MarsProxies users who are spending more than $5000 and have identity verified, can access receiving email ports:
Port 110 (POP3)
Port 993 (IMAP)
Port 995 (POP3)
Port 143 (IMAP)
Keep in mind: SMTP (sending mail) ports remain blocked, regardless of verification status.
