As we already know, proxy servers play a vital role in preserving online privacy. They act as an intermediary between proxy users (or clients) and the internet. By masking the client's IP address, they make it extremely challenging for websites to track user activity and location.

By routing your internet traffic through a proxy server, you can browse the web anonymously, protecting your sensitive data from surveillance and threats. This additional layer of protection ensures a more secure and private online experience.

Like many other anti-detect browsers, SessionBox One enables managing multiple browser profiles. It's a fully customizable anti-detect browser for Windows and MacOS with features you'd expect from one.

However, there's a unique twist - SessionBox can also work with all popular browsers. In other words, you can create profiles and use them in any browser you want. Each profile uses a unique browser fingerprint, proxies, cache, and cookies to prevent association.

The naming can be a bit confusing to a first-timer interested in managing multiple accounts, so it's a good idea to clear it up. SessionBox One is the name of the product, which comprises Workstation (a standalone browser with the central application for profile creation and additional proxy settings) and browser extensions.

The SessionBox extension support covers all popular browsers. According to their knowledge base, you can use your profiles in Workstation, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Brave, and Microsoft Edge. The profile creation and proxy integration process is the same regardless of the browser you decide to use.

Profile creation and SessionBox proxy integration start with choosing the type of profile:

Local profiles are stored and intended for use on your device. Cloud profiles are stored online and shareable, which is an ideal option for teams who need to share multiple accounts on different devices. Finally, temporary profiles are not stored anywhere - they get deleted once you close the app or temporary tabs in Workstation.

The cloud profile support is by far the most interesting option as it opens unlimited possibilities. One SessionBox user can act as the profile and proxy manager, setting up and sharing profiles with an unlimited number of other users. These users can simply use the SessionBox extension in any supported browser without worrying about additional proxy settings or browser fingerprint configuration.

The starting "Hobby" plan offers unlimited local and temporary profiles, 10 cloud profiles, profile sharing, and per-profile proxy settings for $12.99/month. The Professional plan covers two seats, unlimited profiles, shared spaces, bulk proxy management, fingerprint protection, cookie importing, automation, and API access for $59.99/month. The "Teams" version offers all the features from "Professional" with five seats for $99.99/month.

We'll assume you already created your profiles. To reach the proxy manager, click the settings (1) icon in SessionBox One.

Scroll down and click on Manage proxies (2).

Click the Add proxy button to add a single proxy. Alternatively, you can click on the three-dot icon next to it and use the Import proxy (3) feature to add multiple proxies at once.

Get your credentials from the MarsProxies dashboard. We'll use our Ultra Residential proxies from Massachusetts, United States (4), with sticky sessions (5), SOCKS5 protocol (6), and session duration of 8 hours (7). Once you configure everything, the credentials list (8) of your residential proxies will be updated. Select all of them and click the Copy list (9) button to copy them to your clipboard.

Return to SessionBox. Select the appropriate proxy protocol (10), paste your proxies in the text field (11), and click the Import (12) button.

Get back to SessionBox One controls, click the three dots (13) next to a profile, and select Edit profile (14).

Click on the Proxy field (15), select any of your imported proxies to assign it to that specific profile, and click Ok (16) to save your settings.

To check if your proxy is working properly, you can visit any IP-checking website.

How to Set Up Proxies in SessionBox Chrome Extension

Setting up proxies on the SessionBox extension for Google Chrome is the same as for SessionBox One. Click on the extension icon (1) and use the settings (2) icon, or click the three-dot button (3) next to a specific profile and select Edit profile (4). From there, follow the instructions above to add new proxies or edit existing proxies and assign them with your profiles.

For some reason, we couldn't find the SessionBox extension for Mozilla Firefox on the official add-ons website. This is not an issue. Click on a profile, select Open in browser (1), and then choose Firefox (2) from the list. The SessionBox extension will get installed, load your settings, and launch a new tab that uses your selected profile.

From there, things are identical to Chrome. Click on the extension icon (3) and use the settings (4) icon, or click the three-dot button (5) next to a specific profile and select Edit profile (6). From there, follow the instructions for SessionBox Workstation to manage your proxies.

Finally, there's no way to talk about SessionBox without comparing it to more traditional anti-detect browsers like GoLogin or VMLogin. All these tools serve the same purpose, after all.

SessionBox's simplified approach to multi-clienting certainly has its upsides. Profile creation, management, and integration with popular browsers is quick and easy. You can run an unlimited number of profiles in a single window while using your extensions and bookmarks for all of them.

However, this ease of use comes at a price. Browser fingerprint configuration is quite limited compared to other solutions, which is the only downside. We had certain issues with fingerprint-checking tools that we couldn't mitigate because there was no way to impact certain aspects of the fingerprint. Fortunately, this only applies to the "Hobby" plan, as "Professional" and "Teams" plans offer more control.

SessionBox One certainly offers a lot for a great price. It's probably the best multi-clienting tool for beginners we've seen so far. The available courses and guides will get you up and running in minutes while also ensuring you can make the most of it without having to figure it out on your own.
